Cancellations and Date Changes

  • Cancellations and date change requests must be made more than 48 hours before the scheduled travel time.

  • For cancellations and changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, partial deductions will apply.

2. Deduction Rates:

  • Between 48 and 24 hours: 60% of the deposit amount will be deducted.

  • Less than 24 hours: 80% of the deposit amount will be deducted.

3. Deduction Based on the Deposit:

  • Deductions will only be made from the deposit collected at the time of payment.

  • No deductions will ever be made from the total reservation amount.

  • The remaining balance will be refunded or can be used for future bookings upon request.

4. Special Cases:

  • Flexible considerations may be given for emergencies or unexpected cancellations.

Company Rights

 

The company reserves the right to cancel, modify the vehicle, or request additional fees due to driving safety and special conditions. In such cases, customers must be informed in advance.
